Big Ben is one of the London's best-known attractions, spectacular clock tower with a 13 ton bell hung inside.

Westminster Abbey is a masterpiece of the thirteenth to sixteenth centuries, and presents a unique pageant of history - the Confessor's Shrine, the tombs of Kings and Queens, and memorials.

Buckingham Palace Changing of guards takes place everyday at 11:30am from May to July, from August to April the ceremony takes place at same time but on alternate days.

St James's Park is excellent for views of Buckingham Palace to the west and Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament to the east.

Green Park just off Piccadilly is a prime place to hire a deck chair and take it easy for a while.

The Houses of Parliament is the UK's seat of power and contain the House of Commons and The House of Lords.
